Before I'm an engineer , I'm a musician. Like most, I got into recording because I was a musician, had a big head, thought everyone wanted to hear what I had to play, and started recording. As the long road trips became more difficult as my new family grew, I got more into multimedia, audio recording in particular. As the dream of playing to sold-out crowds dwindled, more and more people started coming to me to help make their dream of playing to sold-out crowds a reality through recording. I received my minor in Multimedia Communications, and have had the opportunity to work in many great recording studios since. Before I knew it, I know, I had my own studio, with my choice of gear and recording devices. I've housed it in the coolest place I could find - a 1939 art deco movie theater just minutes from the ocean.
